  1. You need 2 tsp of peanut sauce.
  2. Prepare 4 tsp of light soy sauce.
  3. Prepare 1 of small ginger minced.
  4. It’s 1/4 cup of sea salt.
  5. Prepare 1/4 cup of freshly ground pepper.
  6. Prepare 1 branch of broccoli.
  7. It’s 1 pack of MahiMahi fillet.
  8. Prepare 1 pack of Enoki mushroom.

Steamed MahiMahi instructions

  1. Chop broccoli into smaller branches.
  2. Steam broccoli and set aside.
  3. Slice MahiMahi into generous portions.
  4. Season portioned MahiMahi Salt and Pepper.
  5. Mince 1 small ginger.
  6. Stack Enoki mushroom first then MahiMahi then put minced ginger on top.
  7. Season peanut oil and light soy sauce on MahiMahi.
  8. Put on a microwave-safe plate, put in microwave and heat in MEDIUM setting and for 4 minutes.
  9. After 4 minutes, arrange the broccoli around the steamed MahiMahi.
  10. Serve.
