- Prepare 4 tsp of light soy sauce.

- It’s 1 pack of MahiMahi fillet.

Steamed MahiMahi instructions
- Chop broccoli into smaller branches.
- Steam broccoli and set aside.
- Slice MahiMahi into generous portions.
- Season portioned MahiMahi Salt and Pepper.
- Mince 1 small ginger.
- Stack Enoki mushroom first then MahiMahi then put minced ginger on top.
