Ingredients of Soya Granules Stir Fry – Step by Step Recipe

  1. You need 1 cup of Soya (cup holds 200ml) granules.
  2. You need 3 cups of water Warm.
  3. You need 1 tbsp of Ginger-garlic paste.
  4. You need 7 – 8 of Broccoli florets finely chopped.
  5. You need 2 of Carrots small julienned.
  6. Prepare 1 small or half of capsicum large chopped.
  7. You need 1 of onions medium Sliced.
  8. Prepare 1 1/2 of Soya sauce.
  9. Prepare 1 tsps of Chili sauce.
  10. Prepare 1 1/2 tsps of sauce Hot n Sweet.
  11. It’s 1 tsp of Salt.
  12. You need A handful of Cabbage of Shredded to garnish.

Soya Granules Stir Fry – Step by Step Recipe instructions

  1. Cut all the vegetables, make the ginger garlic paste keep aside..
  2. Take one cup soya granules add 3 cups warm water, keep it for 10-12 minutes soya granules will soak up most of the water..
  3. Squeeze out the excess water..
  4. Now comes out m iron wok / kadhai, you can even use a heavy bottom pan. Add ginger-garlic paste, saute for 1 minute then add the sliced onion and saute for 1 minute..
  5. Add all the chopped vegetable and saute 3-4 minutes, till the veggies start to cook..
  6. Then add the soya granules and saute vegetable and soya for a minute.
  7. Add the soya sauce, chili sauce and sweet n sour sauce and mix everything together..
  8. Add salt as per taste, I avoided ajinomoto but you can add if you wish..
  9. Garnish with shredded cabbage and serve hot.
