Ingredients of Keto Sushi

  1. It’s 5 sheets of Nori.
  2. Prepare .25 lbs of smoked salmon lox.
  3. It’s 2 oz of cream cheese.
  4. You need .75 of avocado.
  5. It’s 1 tsp of Sesame seeds.

Keto Sushi step by step

  1. Dampen 2/3 of nori with basting brush.
  2. Spread 1/5 of cream cheese thinly along dry portion of nori.
  3. Spread salmon and thinly sliced avocado over cream cheese.
  4. Roll up sushi.
  5. Add small amount of water to moisten nori if needed.
  6. Slice roll into 9 pieces.
  7. Repeat 4 more times..
  8. Eat. Makes 45 pieces. 16 calories each..
