Ingredients of Sauteed Vegetables

  1. You need 1/2 of broccoli.
  2. It’s 1/2 of cauliflower.
  3. It’s 1/2 of capsicum.
  4. You need 6 of mushrooms.
  5. You need 1 of spring onion.
  6. You need 1/2 of yellow capsicum.
  7. It’s 1 of carrot.
  8. You need 5 of beans.
  9. You need to taste of Salt.
  10. You need 1 tsp of Black pepper.
  11. It’s 1 tsp of Chilli flakes.
  12. It’s 2 tsp of olive oil.
  13. It’s 1 tsp of Lemon juice.
  14. Prepare 100 gm of tofu cut into chunks.

Sauteed Vegetables instructions

  1. Chop all the vegetables.
  2. Blanch all except mushrooms.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.Saute onion along with greens.
  4. Add all the vegetables and mix well.
  5. Add mushrooms and tofu. Stir again..
  6. Add salt, black pepper and chilli flakes. Mix lemon juice and serve hot..
