Ingredients of Sauteed Vegetables
- You need 1/2 of broccoli.
- It’s 1/2 of cauliflower.
- It’s 1/2 of capsicum.
- You need 6 of mushrooms.
- You need 1 of spring onion.
- You need 1/2 of yellow capsicum.
- It’s 1 of carrot.
- You need 5 of beans.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need 1 tsp of Black pepper.
- It’s 1 tsp of Chilli flakes.
- It’s 2 tsp of olive oil.
- It’s 1 tsp of Lemon juice.
- Prepare 100 gm of tofu cut into chunks.
Sauteed Vegetables instructions
- Chop all the vegetables.
- Blanch all except mushrooms.
- Heat oil in a pan.Saute onion along with greens.
- Add all the vegetables and mix well.
- Add mushrooms and tofu. Stir again..
- Add salt, black pepper and chilli flakes. Mix lemon juice and serve hot..
